Scope of Services

Visual inspection of mast/derrick structures, bracing, platforms, ladders and connections Inspection of bolted, pinned and welded connections NDT including VT, MT/MPI, PT and UT, as applicable Corrosion assessment and UT thickness measurements Dimensional and structural checks for alignment, deformation and damaged members Identification and classification of structural defects Inspection of raising/lowering mechanisms and associated components Verification of completed remedial repairs Functional testing, where applicable Remedial & Repair Support

Where required, EIS can support approved repairs including structural member replacement, bolt/pin replacement, weld repairs, corrosion treatment, coating restoration and repair of platforms, ladders and handrails.

Standards & Reporting

Inspections are performed in accordance with applicable API 4F, API RP 4G, manufacturer requirements, approved procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.

A comprehensive inspection dossier can include inspection reports, defect registers, photographs, NDT results, UT measurements, repair records and final acceptance documentation.
